Lurehouse.gr would like to inform you that returns are made only after arrangement with us!

We do not accept returns in used items!

Lurehouse.gr is not responsible for flaws/damage in products such as silicone/plastic/metal lures, braid, as those products come sealed from the factory and therefore cannot be checked! This is valid for any factory-sealed item in general. If you are not satisfied from a product you purchased or there is a mismatch in what you ordered, you can return it within 3 business days from the purchase date, provided that it is in the same condition you received it, not opened/used in any way, and with original packaging. In case of returns, you will be charged with the shipping costs back to us.

After we have received the item(s) and have checked and approved the above mentioned conditions, the purchase amount shall be refunded in a way designated by you.

Νote :  Please DO NOT ACCEPT to receive broken parcels from courier cause after receiving it we cannot refund the money or replace the items.
